Announcement

Dear Valued Customer,

Recently, GDEX and LineClear have been handling a large volume of e-commerce parcels, causing congestion at several delivery hubs.

In addition, during the Ramadan period, delivery demand has increased, and delivery time may experience some delays.

To minimize the impact on parcel delivery, we have temporarily arranged DHL for part of the deliveries.

Once the courier hubs resume normal operations, we will switch back to the original delivery channels.
