High-temperature Season – Special Handling Required for Battery Shipments

As the summer season brings temperatures reaching up to 40°C, please be informed of the following policy for the safety of pure battery and built-in battery items:

✅ All shipments containing pure or built-in batteries must be reported to the warehouse in advance.

⛔ These items require special handling and flight scheduling. If not notified ahead of time, the warehouse reserves the right to delay or reject the shipment.
