Please verify controlled items before shipment

According to Announcement No. 10 (2025) jointly issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs of China, the following items are now subject to export control. Exporters must obtain approval and export licenses before shipment. Export without authorization is prohibited.

• Minerals & Raw Materials: Various metal minerals, energy minerals, non-ferrous metal raw materials, power industry raw materials, chemical raw materials, non-metallic minerals, hydro-minerals (see attachment).
• Specific Metals: Graphene, graphite, gallium metal, gallium nitride, gallium oxide, gallium phosphide, gallium arsenide, indium gallium arsenide, gallium selenide, gallium antimonide, germanium metal, zone-refined germanium, germanium epitaxial substrates, germanium tetrachloride, ammonium paratungstate, tungsten carbide, tungsten alloys, tellurium metal, cadmium telluride, cadmium zinc telluride, cadmium mercury telluride, bismuth germanate, triphenylbismuth, molybdenum powder, molybdenum alloys, indium phosphide, trimethylindium, triethylindium, etc.
• Products Containing Explosives: Powder-actuated fasteners (explosive bolts), fireworks, firecrackers.
• Timber & Metal Materials: Logs, planks, aluminum, steel, coils, stainless steel pipes and plates.
• Special Controlled Products: Tobacco, alcohol, and related items.
• Refrigerants: R22, R134A, and related refrigerants.
• Military & Sensitive Goods: Drones, camouflage products, military items.
• National Resources: Trees, podocarpus, natural sand, stones.
• Mining Machinery: All mining machines (new and used).

Please verify your cargo content carefully. If controlled items are involved, necessary documents must be submitted for export license application to avoid shipping delays. Thank you for your cooperation.
